As a growing leader in the field, Dineline seeks a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to scale and evolve Dishio, ensuring it remains the premier technology solution for the restaurant industry.

Position Summary:

The CTO will spearhead technical innovations and oversee the development of Dishio. This role combines strategic oversight with hands-on technical expertise to enhance our product’s impact on the restaurant industry. The CTO will lead our technology team through rapid growth phases, ensuring scalability and the integration of complex data systems.

Salary:

$150K – $250K+ (Competitive Based on Experience) + Equity Options. Compensation varies based on experience, with both part-time and full-time positions considered.

Location:

Remote, with quarterly in-person leadership meetings. Travel within the United States is required several times per year.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide visionary technical leadership to develop and scale Dishio.
  • Oversee the integration of complex data sources, including ad attribution across networks like Google, Meta, and TikTok, into a centralized analytics system (e.g., BigQuery).
  • Lead the transition to a robust development environment, supporting a rapidly expanding user base.
  • Ensure compliance with data protection and privacy laws, managing the complexities of data handling and security.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance technical tools that maximize marketing effectiveness and ROI.
  • Engage with senior management and stakeholders to align technical developments with broader business strategies.

Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s):

  • Scalability and stability of the SAAS platform, supporting tens of thousands of users.
  • Effectiveness of ad attribution tools in enhancing transparency and ROI for clients.
  • Speed and quality of new feature development and deployment.
  • Compliance and security measures in data handling and storage.

Experience and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience leading a multi-million dollar B2B SAAS product through significant growth phases.
  • Expertise in digital marketing software, particularly ad attribution and analytics across multiple platforms.
  • Strong background in software development and architecture, managing large-scale, complex data systems.
  • Familiarity with data privacy laws and best practices in data security.
  • Experience in building and leading diverse technical teams in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
