Position Overview
We are looking for an experienced Client Success & Growth Strategist who can drive customer onboarding, optimize product usage, and identify business development opportunities. This role combines customer support with digital marketing expertise, leveraging Dishio’s tools to educate customers and foster long-term business growth. You’ll also play a key role in creating training materials and leading educational sessions, empowering restaurant owners to get the most out of our platform.
Key Responsibilities
Onboarding & Customer Support

Lead customers through a seamless onboarding process to ensure smooth adoption and setup of Dishio.

Provide white-glove support to customers, resolving issues and answering product-related inquiries.
Strategic Recommendations

Offer actionable insights on improving digital marketing strategies, including SEO, paid ads (Meta, Google), and Dishio platform optimizations.

Identify upsell opportunities for Dineline’s ad agency services as clients begin to see value in their Dishio experience.
Customer Education & Training

Develop training materials and conduct educational sessions to help customers leverage Dishio’s full potential.

Guide restaurant owners on best practices for increasing online visibility and improving operational efficiencies.
Cross-Functional Collaboration

Collaborate with internal teams (sales, product, marketing) to align client goals with our overall service offerings.

Ensure that customers are aware of all available features and capabilities within Dishio to improve their experience.
Required Skills & Qualifications

3+ years in customer success, digital marketing, or SaaS support.

Experience with paid ads (Meta, Google) and SEO.

Strong communication skills with the ability to train and educate customers.

Experience creating training materials and leading customer education sessions.

Compensation Package & Schedule
Time Commitment

Full-time, 40+ hours per week.

Work during Pacific Standard Time hours.

Expected availability from 8 AM – 5 PM EST for Slack communication.

Base Salary: 90,000−110,000 per year.
