Salary Range: $75K-$120k/year+

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Management of Account Managers & Overall Delivery of Service: Oversee the performance and development of Account Managers, ensuring high-quality service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Account Assignments: Collaborate with the COO and fellow CSMs to match clients with Account Managers based on various factors.
  • Ensure Speed and Quality of Service: Address client concerns promptly and ensure the team delivers on promises.
  • Daily Execution of Team & Administrative Tasks: Lead daily meetings, provide training, review client status updates, and more.

Outcomes & Responsibilities:

  • Retention: Achieve team retention goals and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Testimonials: Ensure each Account Manager obtains client testimonials regularly.
  • Sales Commission: Earn commission from any startup fee and the first monthly management fee generated by your team of Account Managers.


  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the digital marketing or restaurant industry.
  • Strong people skills and the ability to manage and train a team effectively.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle client concerns and escalations.
  • Familiarity with Project Management systems and tools.
