Objective: To drive and increase front-end sales by acquiring new restaurant owner clients through effective lead generation and customer acquisition strategies. The role involves a strong focus on paid advertising, email marketing, content creation, and working closely with the sales team to create qualified opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute direct response marketing strategies to attract new restaurant owners.
  • Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Facebook and Instagram with a budget exceeding $100,000 a month.
  • Oversee email marketing initiatives, including strategy development and execution.
  • Craft and publish strategic blog posts, leveraging success stories from account managers.
  • Analyze and track ad analytics and attribution, setting up systems for accurate measurement and reporting.
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure a steady flow of qualified leads and booked calls.
  • Manage CRM systems effectively, focusing on tracking, workflows, and automations.
  • Collaborate with other departments and manage external agencies to align marketing strategies with overall business objectives.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Number of qualified leads generated for the sales team.
  • Conversion rates of leads to booked calls and sales.
  • ROI on paid advertising campaigns.
  • Engagement and performance metrics of email marketing and blog content.
  • Efficiency in managing and utilizing CRM systems.

Experience and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5-10 years of experience in growth marketing, particularly in the B2B, high-ticket consulting, or agency space.
  • Proven track record in managing significant advertising budgets and leading successful marketing campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in ad analytics and attribution.
  • Experience with CRM systems, preferably HubSpot.
  • Background in managing teams and overseeing external agencies.
  • Familiarity with affiliate strategies, cold email, and SEO is a plus.
