Objective: To elevate the perception of Dineline in the minds of prospective customers, enhancing the brand’s premium image. This role is crucial in building trust and improving the likeability factor, ultimately leading to increased customer conversion and retention, and driving sales growth.
- Oversee all aspects of website design, copy, and edits, ensuring the messaging aligns with brand positioning.
- Collaborate directly with the COO on direct response marketing feedback, aligning messaging with the sales process for optimal conversion.
- Define and maintain the brand DNA, client avatar, and messaging, ensuring effective communication to the ideal client.
- Manage the overall brand positioning, including the vibe, look, and feel across various mediums like videos, ads, client-facing resources, and pitch decks.
- Lead content creation with a tangible monthly output, encompassing company-level copy, messaging, email marketing, blogs, and online resources.
- Develop and distribute engaging content across platforms like YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok, maintaining brand consistency and professionalism.
- Work closely with the fulfillment team to generate fresh testimonial videos and client success stories for broader dissemination.
- Innovate in client engagement and referral strategies, including gifting ideas, to enhance the premium experience of working with Dineline.

Experience and Qualifications:
- Proven experience 7-10 years in brand marketing, preferably in a similar industry.
- Strong background in website design, content creation, and brand positioning.
- Experience in managing cross-platform content strategies.
- Ability to work closely with leadership and various teams to align marketing and brand strategies.
- Creative and innovative approach to brand marketing and storytelling.
