Position Overview: 

As the Growth Marketing Director at Dineline, you will lead and execute growth-focused marketing strategies for our B2B services and high-ticket consulting clients. This role requires a strong background in managing paid advertising campaigns and optimizing processes for client acquisition. Reporting to the COO, you will lead a cross-functional team and ensure all marketing efforts are aligned with Dineline’s business objectives, driving measurable results and sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Paid Advertising Mastery: Oversee and manage high-level paid advertising campaigns across platforms like LinkedIn, Google, and other relevant channels, focusing on maintaining a 1.5 ROAS on front-end cash collected and achieving a 4:1 ROAS on contractual revenue for high-ticket services.
  • Campaign Efficiency: Continuously optimize ad campaigns to reduce cost per acquisition (CPA) and improve overall efficiency.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a cross-functional marketing team that includes PPC Specialists, Paid Ads Coordinators, Social Media Coordinators, and Video Editors, ensuring high performance and collaboration.
  • Collaboration with Sales: Work closely with the sales department to align lead generation efforts with sales targets, fostering seamless cross-departmental collaboration.
  • Campaign Delivery: Oversee the timely execution and delivery of all marketing campaigns, ensuring 100% completion within deadlines.
  • Reporting & Communication: Provide accurate end-of-week reports to the COO on KPIs, including ROAS, lead growth, and CPA, ensuring transparency and alignment with company goals.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • B2B and High-Ticket Consulting Expertise: Extensive experience in marketing for B2B services or high-ticket consulting, with a proven ability to target and acquire high-value clients.
  • Paid Advertising Expertise: Deep knowledge of managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns for B2B services, with a strong track record of achieving high ROAS and client acquisition goals.
  • Leadership Experience: Proven ability to lead and mentor a marketing team, driving accountability and high-level execution across multiple disciplines.
  • Funnel Optimization: Expertise in optimizing marketing funnels to convert leads into high-value clients.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Strong understanding of CRM systems, analytics, and tracking (specifically HubSpot), with the ability to make strategic adjustments based on performance data.
  • Communication & Reporting: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to consistently provide performance updates and ensure alignment with company goals.

Compensation Package

  • $150,000 to $180,000 per year based on experience, plus bonus opportunity.
