Position Overview

We’re looking for a LinkedIn Ads Strategist who can own, optimize, and scale LinkedIn as a profitable growth channel. This role requires deep expertise in LinkedIn’s ad ecosystem, including campaign execution, audience targeting, conversion optimization, and performance tracking. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to campaign management.

Key Responsibilities

LinkedIn Advertising Strategy & Execution

  • Develop, launch, and manage high-performing LinkedIn ad campaigns targeting B2B and enterprise audiences.
  • Implement precise audience segmentation and funnel strategies to maximize lead quality.
  • Continuously test and optimize ad creatives, messaging, and landing pages to drive conversions.

Performance Tracking & Reporting

  • Implement and manage UTMs, LinkedIn Insight Tag, and CRM integrations (HubSpot, Google Analytics) to accurately track campaign impact.
  • Provide actionable, data-driven insights to refine targeting strategies and enhance lead acquisition.
  • Maintain transparent reporting on ROAS, CPA, and lead quality trends, ensuring continuous optimization.

Budget & ROI Management

  • Optimize ad spend and budget allocation to ensure maximum return on investment (ROAS) while maintaining cost efficiency.
  • Dynamically adjust bidding strategies based on real-time performance data to improve CPA and lead volume.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with marketing, sales, and leadership teams to align LinkedIn ad strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Ensure messaging, targeting, and campaign execution are optimized for maximum pipeline growth.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven LinkedIn Ads Expertise – 3+ years of hands-on experience managing LinkedIn ad campaigns for B2B, SaaS, or enterprise clients.
  • Media Buying Proficiency – Mastery of LinkedIn’s bidding strategies, audience segmentation, and ad formats.
  • CRM & Analytics Mastery – Strong knowledge of HubSpot, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, UTM tracking, and Google Analytics.
  • Strategic Mindset – Ability to translate business objectives into high-impact paid ad strategies.
  • Data-Driven Optimization – Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance metrics and refine strategies in real-time.
  • Experience in High-Ticket Consulting or SaaS – Highly preferred, with a strong focus on enterprise-level lead generation.
