About Dineline: We are a pioneering digital marketing agency that specializes in helping brick and mortar restaurants elevate their presence and profitability. About Dishio: This is our software tool that we sell as a stand alone product to restaurant owners.

We work closely with restaurant owners and operators to implement custom, user-friendly tools that drive efficiency and profitability. Position Overview: As a Product Owner at Dineline, you will be responsible for leading product development, overseeing the execution of features, and ensuring alignment with the company’s vision. Your role involves managing product strategy, collaborating closely with UI/UX designers and developers, and ensuring that product briefs are translated into actionable, high-quality features.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Vision & StrategyDefine and communicate the product vision, ensuring that it aligns with market needs and business goals.
  • Requirement Gathering: Collect, document, and prioritize requirements to ensure clarity for development and design teams.
  • Backlog ManagementMaintain and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring that the most important features are delivered on time.
  • Prototyping: Collaborate with UI/UX teams to create prototypes that reflect the product vision and ensure high-quality development.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with offshore and onshore teams to ensure smooth development processes and successful delivery.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Provide regular updates to stakeholders, gathering feedback and ensuring product objectives are met.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in product management or a related field, with a focus on SaaS products.
  • Proven experience managing offshore teams, ensuring quality control without constant oversight.
  • Expertise in creating detailed product briefs and prototypes using Figma.
  • Strong communication skills to align stakeholders, designers, and developers.
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail, capable of managing multiple priorities.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and sprint planning.
  • Knowledge of growth marketing strategies to align product features with the company’s expansion goals.

Preferred Skills and Experience:

  • Restaurant Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with restaurant operations and technology needs, enabling you to translate those needs into actionable product features.
