Objective: As a Social Media Coordinator, you will be responsible for maximizing the use of content produced by the company across various social media platforms. Your goal is to enhance audience engagement, generate leads, and drive sales through strategic and creative content management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Repurposing: Transform content such as podcast episodes and YouTube videos into engaging posts suitable for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn.
  • Engagement Management: Manage comments and interactions on social media posts to foster community engagement and support lead generation for the sales team.
  • Content Strategy and Posting: Develop and execute content strategies for different platforms, ensuring tailored and optimized posts. Responsible for all aspects of social media posting, including writing captions and formatting posts.
  • Creative Development: Utilize video editing and design skills to create compelling content, contributing to the overall content creation process.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on the growth of social media pages and the effectiveness of social media strategies in achieving business objectives, particularly in a B2B context.
  • Content Writing: Convert social media posts into blog posts and emails, demonstrating strong writing skills essential for crafting effective captions and blog content.

  • Growth in follower base and engagement rates across social media platforms.
  • Lead generation and conversion rates from social media initiatives.

Experience and Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of growing social media pages and engaging audiences, particularly in a B2B environment.
  • Strong skills in content creation, including video editing and graphic design.
  • Experience in managing and strategizing content across multiple social media channels.
  • Excellent writing skills with the ability to produce and transform content into different formats.
