About Dineline: We are a pioneering digital marketing agency that specializes in helping brick and mortar restaurants elevate their presence and profitability. About Dishio: This is our software tool that we sell as a stand alone product to restaurant owners.

Position Overview: As a UI/UX Designer at Dineline, you will be responsible for designing intuitive, user-centered interfaces that align with the product vision. You’ll collaborate with the Product Owner and development teams to ensure that designs are functional, visually appealing, and easy to implement. Your role involves creating and maintaining Figma prototypes and ensuring seamless communication between design and development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prototyping & Wireframing: Create high-fidelity prototypes using Figma that reflect the product vision and are ready for development.
- User Experience: Ensure that designs enhance the overall user experience for restaurant operators, simplifying complex processes.
- Design Iterations: Refine designs based on user feedback, implementing at least two iterations per project.
- Collaboration with Teams: Work closely with the Product Owner and developers to ensure that designs are feasible and aligned with product goals.
- Figma Organization: Maintain an organized Figma workspace to streamline the design-to-development process.
- Usability Testing: Conduct usability testing to ensure that all designs are user-friendly and functional.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in UI/UX design, with proficiency in Figma or similar tools.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and usability testing.
- Proven ability to create organized, detailed prototypes that align with the product vision.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.
- Familiarity with restaurant operations or SaaS products is a plus.
Preferred Skills and Experience:
- Restaurant Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with restaurant operations and technology needs, enabling you to design solutions that cater to the unique requirements of restaurant owners.
- Marketing Experience: An understanding of how design impacts marketing efforts and user engagement, enabling you to collaborate effectively with marketing teams.
