DISHIO is the technology arm of Dineline and the future of how we help restaurants scale. The platform brings together attribution, operational data, marketing performance, automations, AI-assisted workflows, and customer insights into one unified system designed specifically for the restaurant industry.

As we continue investing heavily into DISHIO’s next phase of growth, we are looking for a hands-on CTO / Head of Product to help scale the platform, shape the product vision, and build the technical foundation for what comes next.

Position Overview

We are looking for a hands-on CTO / Head of Product to lead the next phase of DISHIO’s technology and product evolution.

This is not a purely managerial role. We are looking for a builder — someone who thrives in fast-moving environments, enjoys solving hard technical problems, and wants to actively shape both the technology and the future of the company.

As CTO, you will own the technical vision, product architecture, data infrastructure, and product roadmap for DISHIO while remaining deeply involved in execution. You will work closely with leadership to build scalable systems that help restaurant operators understand what is truly driving revenue and operational performance.

This role sits at the intersection of SaaS, data infrastructure, AI workflows, attribution, and restaurant technology. You will help transform years of operational and marketing expertise into scalable software, automation, and AI-assisted systems that make DISHIO increasingly indispensable to restaurant operators.

We are looking for someone who can balance speed with scalability, product intuition with technical depth, and strategy with hands-on execution.

What you’ll Own

Data & Attribution: Our core value is helping restaurants understand what is actually driving revenue.

  • You will own the platform’s data architecture and attribution systems across POS systems, reservation platforms, online ordering systems, and advertising channels. This includes how data is collected, normalized, matched, and translated into meaningful business insights for restaurant operators.
  • The goal is not vanity metrics, it is building honest, reliable attribution that clearly connects marketing activity to real customer outcomes.

Integrations & Core Infrastructure: Restaurants operate on fragmented systems, and integrations are foundational to the product.

  • You will lead the architecture and integration strategy across POS systems, reservation tools, ordering platforms, and advertising ecosystems while helping determine what should be built internally versus supported through third-party infrastructure.
  • Experience with restaurant technology, martech platforms, advertising systems, or complex integrations is highly valuable for this role.

Productizing Operational Expertise: Dineline has spent years building successful restaurant growth playbooks through its agency business.

A major part of this role is transforming that operational knowledge into scalable product systems, including:

    • Workflows
    • Automations
    • Recommendations
    • AI-assisted tooling
    • Operational agents and internal systems

The vision is to build software that automates more of the execution layer so teams can focus more heavily on client strategy, relationships, and growth.

Product Adoption & Stickiness: Building features is not enough, the product must become essential to operators.

  • You will help guide leadership on what matters most for customer adoption, retention, and long-term product value. This includes prioritizing the right functionality, simplifying workflows, and ensuring the platform delivers measurable value that restaurants rely on daily.

Compensation Package

  • Full-time, 40+ hours per week. Eastern Standard Time (EST) hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday
