How it played out.
Rebellion Beachside Bar & Bistro opened in Cocoa Beach about a year and a half ago — a local favorite for elevated food and hospitality, but nearly invisible to new guests in a tourist-heavy market full of major chains.
Dineline built the marketing system: dish.io captured guest data through the cocktail menu and special events, feeding always-on remarketing across Google and Meta. When Owner/Chef Joe Yardley began filming behind-the-scenes content on Meta Glasses, that UGC-style creative became the engine for the ad campaigns.
Once Rebellion found what to push — the tasting menu, happy hour, and experience-driven events — growth compounded week over week. A December buy-one-get-one tasting menu campaign carried momentum into January, one of the slowest months of the year.
Combined sales rose 45.37% across February, March, and April of 2026 versus the same period in 2025, with a growing owned database powering the next campaigns.
The system scaled the brand while preserving the authenticity and culture that made Rebellion work in the first place.
“Before Dineline, our biggest struggle was just getting the word out — we were kind of invisible. Now it’s a snowball. Each week gets a little better, each month gets a little better.”
