As an integral part of our team, you will act as an outsourced chief marketing officer for our clients, ranging from small, single-location restaurants to renowned names like IHOP and Subway.

Job Description:

The Account Manager/Business Development position at Dineline is a unique opportunity that combines two critical aspects of our business: Account Management and Business Development. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with existing restaurant clients while also driving sales to expand our client base.

Responsibilities:

  • Relationship Building: Your primary focus will be on building strong, long-lasting relationships with our restaurant clients. You will be their trusted partner, helping them navigate their advertising needs and ensuring their satisfaction with our services.
  • Top Sales Producer: We are looking for individuals who excel in sales. You should have a proven track record of upselling, cross-selling, obtaining referrals, and growing an existing client base. This role is ideal for someone with prior success in both Account Management and sales.
  • Excellent Communication: Effective communication is key to this role. You will work closely with restaurant owners, some of whom may have limited experience in advertising. Adaptability in your communication style, depending on the client’s needs, is crucial.
  • Background in Advertising/Digital Marketing: To succeed in this role, you should have a background in either paid advertising or digital marketing. If you also have experience in the restaurant industry, this is plus, but not 100% required. Clients will expect you to understand their industry and make informed recommendations for their advertising strategies.
  • Tech-Savvy: You should be comfortable with technology and proficient in using day-to-day tools such as Slack, Google Calendar, Zoom, and CRM systems to enhance your performance and effectively collaborate with clients and the team.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in both Account Management and sales.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • Background in either paid advertising or digital marketing for restaurants.
  • Tech-savvy with proficiency in common software tools.
