Position Overview: 

We are looking for a Head of Growth who will be instrumental in building and scaling Dishio’s growth operations. This is a key leadership position where you will be responsible for driving product adoption, creating and scaling a sales team from scratch, and executing growth strategies that lead to measurable success. The Head of Growth will collaborate closely with the product, marketing, and leadership teams to ensure that Dishio reaches its full potential as a leading SaaS solution for the restaurant industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build & Scale Sales Team: Develop and lead a high-performing sales team from scratch, including hiring, training, and creating scalable sales processes.
  • Growth Strategy Execution: Spearhead and implement strategies to drive product adoption, customer acquisition, and revenue growth for Dishio.
  • Optimize Sales Operations: Streamline sales processes, integrate CRM tools, and leverage automation to ensure efficiency and scalability.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align growth strategies and enhance the customer journey.
  • Data-Driven Growth & Reporting: Use analytics to optimize sales performance, track key metrics, and provide regular updates to leadership on growth progress.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • SaaS & Sales Expertise: Proven experience building and scaling a SaaS business from 0 to 1, including developing outbound sales strategies and managing sales operations.
  • Sales Team Leadership: Demonstrated ability to build and manage a high-performing sales team from scratch, fostering accountability and performance.
  • Growth Strategy & Execution: Strong strategic thinker with the ability to get into the trenches and execute growth initiatives that drive adoption and revenue.
  • Sales Operations & Process Creation: Expertise in creating scalable sales processes, utilizing CRM tools, and leveraging automation to optimize the sales pipeline.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Ability to leverage analytics and CRM systems (such as HubSpot) to drive decisions and measure growth success.
  • Collaboration & Communication: Excellent communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally and report on growth performance to senior leadership.

Compensation Package

  • $175,000 per year + bonus opportunity (negotiable based on experience).
