Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our sales team. This role is critical in helping restaurant owners grow their businesses by leveraging Dineline’s cutting-edge technology and services. As an Account Executive, you will generate conversations with potential clients, guide them through their challenges, and convert them into front-end sales. This position offers significant earning potential, ongoing training, and the opportunity to play a pivotal role in Dineline’s growth.

Key Responsibilities

Revenue Generation:

  • Consistently generate the target revenue per month.
  • Conduct 48+ live calls per month, maintaining a minimum 25% closing ratio.
  • Proactively generate 5–10 self-sourced calls monthly through outreach, CRM re-engagement, and social media efforts.

Sales Process Execution:

  • Close only qualified clients who align with Dineline’s offerings and values.
  • Ensure seamless handoffs to the Client Success team with detailed notes and proper introductions.

Operational Excellence:

  • Attend daily team huddles (7–7:15 am PST) prepared with:
    • Updated performance metrics and goals.
    • 3–5 client wins to share.
    • Feedback on challenges and successes from recent calls.
  • Submit end-of-day reports and maintain CRM accuracy by updating deal stages, notes, and follow-up tasks.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Sales Expertise: 5+ years of proven experience in sales, with a track record of high-ticket deals ($50,000+).
  • Communication and Rapport-Building: Exceptional ability to connect with prospects, actively listen, and guide them toward impactful decisions.
  • Marketing and Business Acumen: Strong understanding of marketing concepts and client pain points, with the ability to align solutions effectively.
  • Adaptability and Problem-Solving: Calm and confident under pressure, able to handle evolving situations with poise.
  • Self-Motivation and Drive: A proactive, results-oriented approach with a hunger for consistent growth and success.
  • Operational Skills: Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and strong organizational skills to manage pipelines effectively.
Compensation Package
  • Earning Potential: $110,000–$250,000 OTE (base + commission, negotiable based on experience).
