Position Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Business Development Representative (Setter) to join our growing sales team. As a Setter, you will play a key role in Dineline’s success by building and maintaining a strong sales pipeline. Your primary focus will be on connecting with warm leads, qualifying prospects, and scheduling consultations for our sales team. You’ll also engage with old leads, follow up with no-shows, and leverage CRM tools to ensure no opportunity is missed.
This is a fast-paced, high-impact position for someone who thrives on connecting with people, hitting targets, and continuously improving their skills.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Qualification and Outreach:
- Re-engage prospects who opted in but didn’t book a call, follow up with no-shows, and contact leads in the CRM.
- Conduct outreach via calls, emails, and other communication methods to qualify leads and book sales consultations.
- Maintain a consistent cadence of outreach and ensure all leads are contacted promptly.
Pipeline Contribution:
- Book 20–30 qualified calls per week for the sales team, ensuring high-quality leads.
- Communicate effectively to maximize show-up rates for booked calls through timely reminders and follow-ups.
- Keep CRM updated with accurate notes, lead statuses, and follow-up tasks to maintain a healthy pipeline.
Collaboration and Feedback:
- Actively participate in team trainings, come prepared with performance metrics, and identify areas for improvement.
- Be receptive to feedback, continuously applying coaching to improve outreach effectiveness.
Operational Excellence:
- Organize and prioritize daily outreach activities to meet or exceed weekly and monthly KPIs.
- Track and report outreach metrics, including calls made, emails sent, booked calls, and show-up rates.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Must-Haves:
- 2+ years of experience in sales, business development, or lead generation, ideally in high-ticket sales or services.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a talent for building trust quickly.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage a high volume of leads.
- Self-motivated, ambitious, and goal-driven with a focus on improving performance and achieving KPIs.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and other outreach tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Background in marketing, particularly paid advertising or related services.
- Experience with SaaS/software sales or high-ticket sales environments.
- Knowledge of the restaurant industry is a strong plus but not required.
Compensation Package
- Earning Potential: $75,000–$125,000 OTE (base + commission, negotiable based on experience).
